Book Title: The Dinky Donkey
Author: Craig Smith
Illustrator: Katz Cowley
My Rating: 5/5
Would I recommend this book? Yes, it is just as fun as the original.
Suggested Age of Reader: 5+, it is good as a book to help learn to read as it has lots of repetition.
Brief Summary (no spoilers): Wonkey Donkey has a child, and it is a little girl. The more you go on the more you learn about the dinky donkey!
What I liked/ didn’t like: I liked the rhymes and repetition. I also liked that even though it's a sequel to The Wonky Donkey, it can still be enjoyed without needing to have read the first book.
What the book teaches you: You learn about rhyming, repetition, and how to have fun while reading.
Additional Notes: If you liked this book, you might enjoy the first installment The Wonky Donkey.
