Hi Tammy, our family is really great about having showers. We really do have themes. We have had a Luau shower and everyone dresses up for it in flowers and beach wear. We had another last week it was a 50's shower we all wore poodle skirts, rolled up jeans, bright lipstick, and played the old music. Served food on top of the large old records(use them as food trays)We even had a dance contest everyone got up and done the "stroll". Not everyone would be willing to do these things though.
