These are very basic themes, but just in case you haven't heard of them: "around the clock" shower (everyone assigned a time of day, bring gift appropriate for your time), lingerie shower, garden shower, stock the bar shower, tool shower (this shower done usually with couples attending), a "Pounding" (I think this an old fashioned theme, each guest brings one pound of something), I know there are more ideas, but these are some of the ones I've been to.
