<Return to school/daycare bulletin board suggestions>

This is a bulletin board I did for New Year's.  It was so easy, yet turned out so colorful and cute.  All I did was make party hats using construction paper cut into a triangle then decorated with polka dots and stripes. For the party streamers I cut narrow strips of construction paper and then wrapped it around a pencil to curl it.  I attached each streamer at the top and bottom to hold its curly shape.

I think this would be a cute idea for a Birthday board as well.
